LIFESTYLE // Viva La Juicy Perfume

Me being the sceptical person that I am, I am never one to really enter competitions or give-aways seeing as I'm hardly ever a successful entrant. So when I recently won an on-line competition I had to celebrate and share my winnings with you guys, not that I am trying to boast in anyway shape or form. I just thought this would be the perfect way to kick off my venture in on-line blogging. And here I am :)

So, the competition was conducted by beauty Youtuber Chloe Morello, alongside the renowned, Juicy Couture. For those of you who have been living under a rock, Chloe is a 23 year old, Australian YouTuber who generally blogs anything beauty or fashion related. And of course, Juicy Couture is the very glamorous and contemporary brand that ranges from perfumes, clothing, jewellery and accessories. The competition was held through Chloe’s “Affordable First Date Suggestions: 2 Makeup, Hair, Outfit& Fragrance Ideas!” video, where she showcased two different date looks and smells ;) Entering was simple, all you had to do was comment in the comments what your ideal, ‘scent-sational’ date would be or include. Now, I’m not going to mention what my winning answer was, that’s no fun at all, so you guys will just have to go searching for it , if you really want to know ha ;) Chloe then messaged me on Youtube informing me that I was a winner, asking me for my address so that Juicy Couture could send me the prizes – that being both of the perfumes Chloe used for her two date looks – Juicy Couture ‘Viva La Juicy’ and ‘Viva La Juicy Gold Couture’.

And I was, to say the least, SO ecstatic. I am very privileged to already own, what seems like a large collection of perfumes. But I go through them so quickly and I have had my eye on Juicy Couture for a while now but never really had the justification to purchase them myself. So I was even more surprised when I received my package in the mail to find that there were three Juicy Couture perfumes(instead of two), and a gorgeous tote to go. So, I am extremely happy – so happy that I am a little intimidated to use them, I don’t ever want them to run empty.

Lastly, I would just like the thank Chloe and Juicy Couture, for this incredible prize. And enough talking, on with the show…
